High-end materials

Our design consists of high-end materials such as high-strength steel and carbon fibers. The babyark headrest contains D3O™ polymer that absorbs the brunt of the impact and is commonly used in the protective gear of race drivers‭.‬

Head Injury Criteria (HIC)

The HIC parameter serves to evaluate the likelihood of a head injury occurring to the passenger, in our case, the child. The maximum limit (set by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration NHSTA) is 1000 and is calculated based on the accelerations experienced by the head during an impact.

The lower the HIC result, the lower the chances of a head injury.

So good we bought a second

Our son was an early adopter of Babyark. His first 8 months of life went by so comfortably in it compared to his other car seat (mom's choice), that mom ended up buying one for him as well. The app and tech are great, but safety and comfort are even more important, and this car seat seems to do both of those things better than any other. Babyark customer service has been fantastic as well in our experience when we've had any questions. If you're on the fence, just give it a shot!

Fantastic Product

The car seat is not only super functional and safe with all of its features but also looks absolutely amazing. Its unique shape makes it look cool in the car and not like some lame old car seat. Our daughter also seems a lot more comfortable in it and seems to not get car sick anymore. Not sure of this because of the car seat but she stopped since we upgraded to the babyark

Good quality

High quality seat, feels safe and study and the babyark team has been very quick to respond with help for the product. I liked that it didnt have an expiry date as I plan on using it with multiple children, that it was very easy to install, has highest level of safety standards, and fits in my car even though it is subcompact (mazda cx3). The app needs a bit of work still, would be nice if they came out with a cheaper option which didnt have the computer technology, as most of the functionality comes from the high quality of materials, and safety design of the product.

Love it!

My son feels so safe in this seat, and I cannot wait to use it for my future children as the seat never expires! Looks beautiful as well, and my child is so much more comfortable and safe in it. Which you can’t put a price on!

No more fussy baby!

I used to have an infant car seat that my 3 month old passionately hated! She used to cry and scream every time I had to take her somewhere. I would dread having to go out with her because she would just be screaming the entire car ride. I decided to buy a convertible car seat and found this car seat. I wish I knew about this car seat sooner! Her first ride in this car seat was so pleasant for her that she wouldn’t stop smiling! She looks so comfortable and she’s no longer cries when we are in the car. Truly life saver!

Best car seat in the world.

I totally love this car seat, has a unique design, great technology but must importantly the safety is what make it the best car seat in the world. Your kid will love it! Thank you babyark for this amazing car seat.

leave very little legroom for the seat in front of it

We have a Toyota Highlander, which according to their fit checker, it should work. But when we put the carseat in (rear facing), the person in the front has very little legroom. and this is with the middle row seat pushed all the way to the back to make the most room, and with the front seat pushing directly onto the babyark, which is actually not ideal. The instruction says it needs 3 inches of clearance to have enough room for the safety features to operate as designed. So if we push the front seat forward another 3 inches, you'd have to be less than 5 feet tall to be comfortable in the front seat. I'm 5'4" and I already feel cramped. The product does seem nice, so if you are planning to use it forward facing only, or if you have an enormous cars, then this is reasonably nice. Although, it is a little wobbly once installed, which I think is supposedly okay according to the instructions. But that really doesn't make me feel good about it.

Also, awful customer service. It almost feels like a scam at this point. I've contacted them through multiple different methods trying to start a return process. It's been a few days and I got zero response.

(revised: they did respond within 48 hours after contacting them via email. I did contact them via a chat like interface two days before that, seems like that got lost somewhere.)

Regarding the space issue you mentioned, we understand that with certain car models, usually 7 seaters such as the Toyota Highlander, there might be limited space behind the driver seat in rear facing installation. That issue occurs in certain models and please know that we are actively working on solutions to address this issue in our future models. Best car seat ever

I have two cars, one of which has a Nuna Executive installed. Since I bought my Tesla Model Y, I wanted to get a car seat that not only fits the car but also matches its beautiful design. Besides being extremely safe and beautiful, Babyark is also very comfortable. Unfortunately, my little one doesn't want to be seating in the Nuna anymore =( and only wants to ride in the car with Babyark. Well, I guess I will have to buy one more.

Best car seat we have ever owned

To start off our now 9 month old loves the car seat. The seating position let alone her being safe in this seat. All the little details from the magnets to help hold the straps open while we place her in it. We all know how frustrating it is when the straps are in the way. The ease of installation with the help of the app was great. Give guidance and twlla you it's installed correctly. We have loved out babyarc since the day we bought it.
